Ripley finished his ASFA Field Championship!  Ripley is owned by Michelle Evans and bred by Joanne Ronning - he is a Kira x Brooks baby.  As soon as I get some new photos, I will be constructing a page for him in our 'Extended Family' section!
His sister Avery debut on the field and placed NBQ in a really nice Open stake!

AWC Supported Entry Shows in Winston-Salem, NC
Choo Choo debuted in the Open class, and was only entered on this day and won the Open class AND was Winners Dog for a 3 point major!  Thank you Barbara Rupert for this win!  He also won his Sweeps class under breeder/judge Dr. Todd Miller!
Amy won his Sweeps class under Todd Miller and won her regular class as well under Barbara Rupert!

Not completely Shannon Down related, but we had to brag for our friend Joanne Ronning and her "Murphy" (CuRas A Clockwork Orange SC, FCh, SR, CRX-3, ORC) son "Aren".  Aren was bred by Kiesha Crawmer - Kismet Sighthounds and her "Murphy" has been a wonderful asset to Shannon Down.  He has sired 3 wonderful litters for us and we couldn't be prouder of what they have accomplished.  Aren is out of Kiesha's girl "Sabrina" who also is the dam of our "Kevin".  So it's all in the family :-)  Now to the news...
